Love how the achieve you get when successfully fighting back is called “WAR” because that’s exactly how it feels. Fighting a literal war for about two minutes to just live.

I think it might also be a reference to this indie game called Ultrakill. In Ultrakill, there’s this secret level called P-2. It’s a very difficult gauntlet of enemies, and at the end you fight this thing called the “Flesh Panopticon”. It’s theme is called “PANDEMONIUM”. When defeated, you then fight another boss called Sisyphus Prime, who’s theme is “WAR” I think that it makes the most sense if it was an Ultrakill reference, considering that the man who voices Sebastian also voices Gabriel, a very important character to the game. Anyways, check out Ultrakill if you have a PC, it’s almost always on sale and it’s very fun and full of lore. If you don’t have any money, the literal game creator Hakita said that he’s fine if you pirate the game

My headcanon for Pandemonium is that the reason it "gives up easily" is that it literally BREAKS ITS ARMS/JAW/WHATEVER IT USES AGAINST THE LOCKER, AND IS FORCED TO RUN AWAY TO RECUPERATE.

I agree, because if you've seen/played the game, he makes the cursor thrash and your camera move, so he is- quite literally- dying to get you by slamming into the locker (I assume full force) to kill you

@@zerythe2019 All predators fight prey that fights back. Just because the prey isn't physically attacking the predator doesn't mean it's not fighting back by using as much of the predators energy as possible.

I kinda wish this was still on public since this was my first exposure to Knock Knock and it felt empty without the knocks and it felt too short when listening to the official ost that was posted. It makes sense why it’s taken down tho, it just kinda sucks that it was.

The first time I saw Pandemonium (on a yt vid) it looked like a comically large and long furby with weird face.
