Walk around saying and declaring that your are strong you are the righteousness in Christ who strengthens you, you not need to worry, cast your care. Know that you were born for a time such as this and nothing is new to Gid, do not be anxious. Gods delivered you and wake and smile, Jesus loves you so much, keep swimming! Even if you’re crawling walking or running, keep your eye on the prize which is Jesus Christ and you will have abundant favor…. Keep pressing forward. You will find peace. It’s there, Gods saying take the land, he’s saying take what he has given you and you have great peace within you. Walk away from everything that’s distracting you and get drilling into Gods word, He loves you so much and he doesn’t want you to hurt anymore like this, chin up, back straight, you are a good man. We need more men like you. Your bold enough to put forth your struggles with the Lord and He is going to answer your prayers, massive love and joy and people are going to be getting along again in the family, Gods peace will bring you to were you need to be to be able to walk through where your at right now. Trust in God whole heartedly, He’s word is true, walk in peace on purpose, don’t allow that barking Chihuahua distract you from what God has waiting for you. What if God said a week, would you quit today? God bless you and may God lift you up and help you to be strong when you feel weak, loved when you feel alone and thank you. Thank you to all the good men out there who love God. You guys are the real super hero’s, Jesus Christ is king 🙏

Choose 3 scriptures like you're more than a conqueror. I have the mind of Christ. God is love and He loves me. And write them down, memorize them so When the rollercoaster starts all you have to do is start praying and those scriptures will surface and help you. Be encouraged.

Read Battlefield of the mind.. I was suffering from depression and had no clue.. somehow I found the book in my apartment..my mom gave it to me years prior .I opened it and read it.. I read it 4 times and started noticing huge difference..the 4 th time I looked up every scripture listed in the book in the bible and read it straight from the Bible. You have to continue reading the Bible.. look for scripture that had to do with rest and peace in God. Also Joyce Meyer has a book pursuit of peace. I hope this helps some..it's a start

I met with Jesus in 2019 too. I will be 58 this year. We are new creations in Christ. We got this sister. We have the Holy Spirit living in us and Gods Word. I'm excited for both of us. You have so much in you that can bless others spiritual warfare constantly surrounds you. God will give you what you need when you need, just keep reaching for Him. That same thing happen to me with paper towels I got home looked at my receipt I was not charged for them, called Costco's told them the next time I come in there I would pay the lady said this is not normal people don't call us for not being charge they call us when they are over charge.she thank me for my honesty. paid for those paper towels a few week later. I know the world is watching me as a believer.

This is so helping me right now

as someone with clinical depression id love to be able to just "ignore" my feelings but it goes so far beyond just a "mood" that its difficult to explain. That being said...if not for God i wouldn't even get out of bed most days.

If the Holy Spirit talks to us, Satan does too. You know it’s God when it’s biblical. So it’s satan in your head when they are unbiblical thoughts.. so for me anyways, I tell satan to get out of my head when my thoughts start going where I don’t need be going.. not sure if that makes sense, I hope it helps
