I'm always shocked watching MIC that people like this really exist....of course a man is going to side with the mother of his child over anyone even a friend, I'm sorry but that's just what you do. Tristan still in his little boy mind frame talking about going out and partying, james is engaged with a child on the way he's starting a family that's how it works you don't go out partying all the time. And Liv so clearly trying to keep this fight going pushing her opinions on to Tristan. Basic.

While it’s true that Maeva is a control freak, there’s still no point of Tristan carrying on about it. James has to learn the hard way and any outside influence will not be taken well.

James and Liv are jealous of their beautiful family. Unfortuntely, I think in 20 years time they will still be playing these childish games, probably single and lonely wishing they had of settled down and not wasted so much time getting drunk 🙄

Hmmm. Ok, I was siding with Tristan a few days back, because James even hurt my feelings when watching the things he said to Tristan but now he has lost my respect. They’re both right but both their going about it the wrong way. James is being controlled by Maeva and yes he was pressured to marry her (Him proposing after cheating on her didn’t help either) but James and Maeva have a child now and their getting married, everybody else now falls away and you can see how stressed James is about Maeva being stressed by all of this. James is a grown man with a very important job (by the looks of it) and can make his own decisions, Tristan needs to thinking James is a dog, at least not literally. Also, wasn’t Tristan mad at Miles for interfering in R&R’s relationship??? Maeva is in a very vulnerable time right now, which exacerbates her already catty/rude/bitchy behaviour but I think the MiC cast tends to forget that because none of them have actually had kids, which brings me to my next point: Tristan is wrong if he expects James to be the man he was before he got pregnant and engaged. Those are the two things that slow a person’s life right down to the slow lane because you’ve got somebody else entirely to think about right now. I get that their both young but how does he not see that these things change people. If him and Liv get married, I don’t know if they’d last because Tristan thinks he can still do whatever he wants irregardless of relationship status.

I think this program is sold to us as reality, but it isn’t, it’s all editing and dramatised

Ollie needs to stop behaving like the godfather. There must be something very lacking in his relationship if he's always in the middle of everyone's relationship. Wow the drama, can’t keep up with the couples and friendships. Who’s with who’s X boyfriend or X girlfriend this season. Wasn’t Liv into dating women ? Tristan was into lots of women but now these two are together. Didn’t Maeva ask James to marry her but he said no but now she’s pregnant so he doesn’t have a choice 😂

Maeva is poison, and yes she's pressured James into everything. Watch Sam's reaction to Maeva, he's been on the sharp end of her tongue before. fullstop

I find it hard to believe that she didn't fall pregnant on purpose so as to trap James into marriage, the timing of the pregnancy is more than a tad suspicious and far too coincidental. James is just as bad, prior to getting caught cheating on her he wasn't anywhere near ready for marriage and then after the cheating incident all of a sudden, overnight he's miraculously ready for marriage and proposes to her. He was in the dog house and nothing less than or short of a proposal would do, he knew he had to pull out all the stops, all the stops being a marriage proposal as he knew that was his one and only way of out the dog house so IMO it definitely comes across and seems like a pity proposal. As for Maeva, she said if it's true that he cheated on her that she would definitely break-up with him, that she would be done with him for good and yet she didn't break-up with him because she knew that she was already pregnant. The pregnancy was her plan B, she knew he would do the right thing and marry her, that woman is a plotter and a schemer and far too calculated to just happen to fall pregnant, she left nothing to chance, not a single thing. She planned the pregnancy because a pregnancy = marriage proposal/wedding. She's hooked James the sucker good and proper. He'll have a lifetime of misery to look forward to with the woman of his dreams!

Testy Tristan was a dick to Liv, and I doubt their relationship will last. James has really matured and he and Maeva seem very happy. I wish them good luck with the baby!!

Oh grow up How dare a couple in their late 20s get engaged and have a child and settle down like adults. They are supposed to whinge and have childish little sill boyfriend/girlfriend “relationships” forever. Grow up you lot. Or are you all just realising the clock is ticking for you too.., tick tock tick tock.
