Parliament was today a hive of activity as President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA made his way to the parliament grounds to officially open the third session of the 13th National Assembly.
It was a colourful spectacle as the President was treated to traditional dances, military parade and a fly past.
MEMORY BBUKU reports that President HICHILEMA who was accompanied by First Lady MUTINTA was also accorded a 21 gun salute upon arrival before inspecting a guard of honour.
