The sixth and current President of Iceland, Guðni Jóhannesson is Iceland's youngest President. A historian by qualification who studied at Oxford, he specialised in modern Icelandic history, and was a professor at the University of Iceland when he was elected President in 2016. During his Presidency, he has twice had to oversee the formation of a coalition government and has enjoyed high popularity ratings throughout his tenure.

Do people seriously not stand up when a President of a country walks into a room to address them?
I was supportive of everything he said up until he criticized pineapple on pizza.
Why did no one ask about the Auroracoin and Bitcoin? Iceland would be well-served by fully adopting Bitcoin as the open ledger of choice for all governmental financial transactions, and by encouraging its citizens to make good use of it as well. Anyway, a pleasant discussion. Thanks.
