The correct word to complete the sentence depends on the context: If you want to ask if it has started snowing and is currently snowing, you would use "still." The sentence would be: "Is it still snowing?" If you want to ask if it has started snowing and you want to know if it has already begun, you would use "already." I've got 17 out of 18 because of the question number 7, in that question the correct answer should be "still" instead of "already" due to the action is ongoing, when something is unfinished, therefore it's related to the present continuous tense. Already is only used when the action had been finished. After all, thank you for this engaging grammar test once again.

No. 7 both correct. When you say already snowing. It means it's snowing sooner than you expected but when you say still snowing then it means it has been snowing and still snowing. Depends on the situation. Grammatically both are correct
