If you watch games she starts in the main games but in light games like this she doesn't start because she tryna give other people a chance to start so she can work the rotation more.

Starting is irrelevant on SC. The difference in game minutes varies very little between the starters and the bench.

Last years squad was super tough but couldn’t shoot. This squad got that same toughness but can light it up on the perimeter. I think they’ll get it done for sure

Wow amazing performance by the the south Carolina Women team tonight was a tough and physical and mental game tonight but by the end of the clock they came out in top.Hopefully they will win the championship this year. Kamila will be back the next game and hopefully next game they even do better than the previous game. Tonight was a great night for Gamecocks fans.

There more affiliated with Presbyterian Church. They're in Clinton, SC near Clemson. It's a pretty nice school tho. I went to basketball camp at Presbyterian when I was in high school.

What ever happened to not running up the score? Is that no longer practiced? I remember back in the days coaches would have compassion on a team that they could slaughter. Theyd put in all the bench players and let them get their minutes all game. Out of respect and compassion they wouldn't let it get past 35 or 40 points. They dont practice this anymore?

All the bench players played. This must be the first time you witnessed the Lady Gamecocks.....we dressed 9 players for this game and 2 of our regular starters didn't even play while 1 more didn't start. Go watch something else cause this these two teams know each other very well and this was as Merciful as it was gonna get which is why Presbyterian coach hugged Coach Dawn so hard. #gogamecocks

The starters played 2 ½. Chloe Kitts was 9 for 9 from the field. She doesn't even start. They didn't run up the score like Connecticut used to

@vanessaellis7088 I don't even watch the men's games anymore (I feel the one and done Era has diluted the talent pool and programs can't build a core unit like before) and I'm not too crazy about unwritten rules though I do feel there is no immediate need to run up the score...if a team has a problem with it PLAY DEFENSE..I will say this..as a Coach if my ranking isn't affected by the point differential and I have a significant lead I would turn the game into a scrimmage and have my second or third unit practice new schemes to finish the game but I would never force my players to pump the breaks and lose their competitive edge until the final minute.
