You kill your commercials!! Chelsea, only you would wait until hours before your flight to go to the bank and get money. I hate, detest, fear, dread, stress over, feel terrified, anxious, foreboding, etc. the process of flying. You made it seem fine, calming music, you were able to eat, read, I envy you. I'm sorry to hear others had a horrible 2023, too. It started with my beloved dog dying in January and went downhill from there. I hope 2024 is a much improved year for you. Anxiety is so rough. I am so looking forward to ringing in the new year. Peace.

Im in the process of watching this video ( just woke up ( morning here in Australia) im smiling because just like you I like to be at the airport very early like 4 hours before my flights I also don’t wear make up on long flights but just eyebrow pencil.. Thanks for mentioning how the holidays go traditionally for you, ending on Jan. 6. Here in the U.S., my family tradition of putting up the tree and decorating it on Christmas Eve, and then having it up throughout January (6) has been an anomaly, but I just love doing it this way. American custom to get that tree up as soon as Thanksgiving hits and then swoosh it all away immediately after Christmas, well... I don't know, I'm just glad I came from a (delightfully) weird family who did things a little differently, but really, in total synch with the meaning of the season in that classic, ages-old traditional way... I wonder how many Americans even know that, what the actual Christmas time frame is? Like, the Twelve Days of Christmas? Lol, oh well, we all have our ways.
