Just for future reference, each “flat” on the bolt is 60 degrees so 120 degrees would be 2 flats.

@@dirtdudes nooo bro not the gasket...AA says to go w AARP head studs when going above level 4. Does tge XP already have the better head studs? If not i would NOT run stage 5 or 6 on the stock head studs you will rip them apart

What ypu guys use for gun to sock the bolts down had instance both got loose you torque them of send them with 1000 ft lbs gun and any locktite?

hey guys love your stuff! A good trick when you change oils measure what came out in a jug and thats how much you put back in that way Lauren wont drop the bolt into the old oil lol

And once the bolt is loose use your fingers, less likely to drop.

I believe it's the "Horn of freedom" with charge tubes. Not sure if it's the same with an oil funnel.. better check with Mr. Sous on that one.

The rs1 has a oil fill cap… you just can’t get to it. I would change the front diff fluid in it to and more frequently then what Polaris calls for, there’s less than a qt in it so it gets dirty fast.

Or just in general, oils cheaper than any broken part. So I agree with you to change frequently

I just did my head studs when I called them they said to torque them to 85ft lbs its a bit nerve racking kept waiting for one to break.

Oh boy I hope the stage 6 first ride delay has nothing to do with what I saw in the background of Talentless’ recent vid drop about Jason’s RS1.
