No problem Joe!
Can you use dish soap instead of vinegar?

Dawn works okay. Running them through the dishwasher works awesome!
Can I skip waxing my traps this season???
It appears your waxing in pure wax. If not my apologies. I just heat up enough water to cover the traps then melt wax in the water. Put in the traps and let them heat up then slowly pull them out through the wax. Saves money that way and they still get a decent coat of wax. I use black walnuts and the bark for dyeing. Low boil for about an hour and a half. Comes out jet black.

Hey Mike, yes it is pure wax. No reason in particular other than that's the reason I've always done it. Both ways work equally well. I use to use black walnuts. Awesome way to do it and it's kind of old school which is fun!
