Very informative videos for us planning this trek, thank you ! I can see that you have Kajka 75 lit. backpack which is 3700 gr, and that alone will prevent you to reach your target weight. Yes, it is comfortable pack, but still there are several other packs that are way lighter and still very comfortable. I can understand you, with some gear you just stick to them because you are feeling good with them, and like you said, its a personal thing. For me, I would take trekking umbrella, it will serve you with lighter rain without wind and you don't have to wear rain jacket at that moment. Another thing, instead of a pad, I would bring a chair, there are some very light and comfortable chairs out there. Anyway, thanks' again and good luck !

Hey @Rade Bijelic, Thanks for watching and the suggestions you have! You are right about the backpack... it is heavy in itself... But I just LOVE it 🤗 I am however considering if I should re-think this for long treks. I have never tried a trekking umbrella but was seeing how this was getting more popular now and considered trying one out for the Denmark Trek this year as it can get wet in Denmark! Thanks again for all the suggestions and feedback! Very much appreciated!!

Hey Nish! Just wanted to drop by and say thank you for putting out all your Classic content. As first timers this year, your insights on the trek were really helpful for our planning. Having never done more than a 2 day trip before Sweden this year, we felt really very prepared (and for the most part, not overpacked). Outside of some residual foot pain we made it in one piece :). I think I had the most anxiety about finding sites to pitch our tent - but actually outside of Alesjaure the sites near the checkpoints, though sometimes crowded, were always a safe fallback. Thanks again for your content!

Hey Brian! Thanks for watching & the feedback! I'm really glad I was able to provide a little more insight and info to help you guys! It sounds like you guys really enjoyed the trek and that's what it's all about! I'm considering planning an Autumn hike in Slovenia if I can since I missed the Sweden classic this year. Take care and once again a big thanks for the feedback and watching!!

Hi @Pun Ktk unfortunately this year I need to cancel my plans for personal reasons so can't actually go anymore 😔. But I thought I'd make this video in case it helps others. The trek is awesome and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Maybe next year 😊

😁.... I also forgot to mention trekking poles! They have become like a permanent attachment to me now so forgot to put it in the video. They really really helped me.
