As it relates this exceptional adventure, this film not only highlights all the fresh aspects that this mission will open relative to future space exploration, but also the progress and the many applications it will bring to the improvement of our lives on Earth.
This first film on the Soyuz Mission will follow our heroes through this long preparation, showing how Thomas Pesquet, like all his predecessors, particularly Russian and American, embodies all the achievements of the space adventure that has been under construction for over 50 years. Through the life of this exceptional young astronaut, and the many specialists who have accompanied him on this journey, we will look back at how astronaut training has gradually evolved over the course of manned flights, and how they have gradually adapted to the evolution of knowledge. We travel the world to follow Pesquet and the crew of Mission 50 51, from the mythical Star City in Moscow, to Cologne in Germany, to Houston in the USA. But it's also a plunge into the history of the conquest of space that we witness, to better understand the incredible destiny of these astronauts leaving for the ISS to contribute to a better understanding of the universe and therefore of the essence of man.
