Watch as I train the heavyweight champ of the world how to fight... traffic!
After claiming the heavy weight championship of the world in the One Fighting Championship last December 2015, Filipino-American MMA superstar Brandon Vera packed up his bags and made a new life for himself in the Philippines. He felt that even though he was born and raised in the States, MMA was exploding across Asia and it was time to give back to his homeland.
So he, along with his girlfriend Jessica and their two dogs, landed here in June of 2016 with a plan to open up a chain of his gyms-- Alliance--and also found himself entertaining movie offers and other opportunities.
But as the doors started opening, the champ started running into some problems. And nothing like the ones he anticipated, either. This was far, far worse. He found himself up against his toughest opponent yet. And for the first time ever, he was defenseless. So he called me up and asked for help. The champ. Asking me for help. How do you say no to that? So I rounded up a few friends and together we prepared him for the toughest battle of his life...traffic.
