"Preparing a new house for the installation of a gazebo and new structures."

"Hello, dear friends.
Thank you for your support and kind messages.
In the previous episodes, we saw Engineer Babazadeh trying to bring in the right personnel to advance his home project and improve the environment of his house as soon as possible.
He is thinking of designing a beautiful place near the mountains to create a lovely home for his family and guests.
In this episode, he delegates tasks, and everyone gets busy with their work. The new worker's son has an argument with his father and runs away from home.
The engineer goes after him and..."

Please, feed your worker outside, don't bring the worker with dirty clothes in the house where it is supposed to be your and the children's sanctuary. They are strange men and you have very young children in the house, I know late Fatemh would not prove these strange people come to her house where her young children live, eat and sleep.🙏

Greetings from New Jersey, USA. Mr. Engineer, neither Reza or Sahil belongs in the front of the car or using a seat belt. They both should be in car seats in the back seat of the car. STOP ENTERTAINING REZA'* EVERY WILL and see little Sahil is patterning his bD behavior, throwing her little tantrums to get her way. That's not what love is. We all know you love them dearly and providing them with abundance of things. That's fine. But you MUST maintain behavioral guidelines. This is a big world and you must prepare them for it. Iran may not be the only place they want to live all their lives. Take care of yourself as well. You CANNOT be lifting both Reza and Sahil and carrying them at the same time. I pray that God will continue to guide you in the right path and blesses you continually for your kind ways. I love you and your new family.

Good morning Mr. Engineer(dad) and everyone. I see you had a good day and getting things done. And what a wonderful thing you did for that young man. He was up, confused and had no where to turn except running away. That is no life for a boy. I know he appreciated your help especially talking to him. I think you have made a new friend, and that is good. Bless your heart. Now,take care of yourself. Get your hand x-rayed to make sure it is not broken. And I know your knees are hurting. Men, I’m telling you, so stubborn. Those children need you and you need them with you always. Get to the doctor, you are just as important to the children as they are to you. Okay, lecture done. Ow, I hope the children are feeling better and taking their medicine. They are resilient and get better fast. Yes,get the refrigerator installed and the oven. When you do keep me a cold soda in there😂😂. How is your mother? I hope she is well and I think she raised a very good son. Love you all. ❤️❤️. I see you are getting a little more outspoken with the workers, that is good. I always said it takes time to move along. God bless you and the children. I must say you have to give the engineer some credit for trying to. He don’t know how to take care of the children but at least he has not abandoned them and continue to try to make it better for them.! He just needs help from people that are not looking to take advantage of his kindness and truly wants to help him.! All those people just take whatever he has to give and don’t do right by him.! Kindness is good but you have to know when you are being abused. He has 4 children to take care of and it doesn’t seem like anyone thinks about that when it comes to their needs.!

Is it possible that good workers are nearly impossible to find what with their huge addictions amongst the men population and multiple children to feed from multiple marriages , those available are useless workers . That May we’ll be the only workforce our poor engineer is able to get . Please try to see this is a wonderful country of contrasts and this story is set in a poorer less educated part of the country , leading to multiple problems inconceivable to us in the west , it is a lesson of acceptance for us and hear full patience and guidance if useful to experience this story . Just watch , or leave if you do t have the ability to suggest rather than criticise , our engineer is tired, not in tip top health and trying his best and what’s more important he loves the children and they adore him .

Remember all of these videos are just that! videos that have been haphazardly edited and approved by someone. Also the quality of the workers leaves a lot to be desired. Also the quality or the building materials is the worst I have ever seen. When building any kind of a structure you need to start with a level and flat base and everything else should continue with plumb, level and square. Check out the cabinets and ceilings and walls, unbelievable!! Another thing are there no suv's for sale in Iran or even a van, instead of 12 or mor people in those small cars. And that cave in the hill, Fatema did a better job when she built it her self, God love her. I can not believe That there are no real carpenters, masons and plumbers in Iran. As an engineer He should insist on better quality work!

Those who show at noon should have their lunch AT HOME befor coming. Also, you have enough children of your own. ALL the others should be left at home. You can not feed the whole world. It is enough for you to be the wonderful role model that you are.

Yes, I totally agree sure they take their shoes off BUT they sit and eat in the same area where the kids sleep. Every time a different set of workers go in and out of the house where there are young girls. Absolutely no privacy for them

@@murieljah5480 privacy?? They bathe and dress in private. They are being taught to share their blessings with others and to respect everyone. Those girls are not in jeopardy. The engineer is not a fool. He has sensed drug use in a worker and told him not to come back. Cigarette smokers are told to stop and it is not allowed. These girls even at such a young age are men smart. They know who rules and who to follow. Iran is male dominate period.

Mr Baza ignore all negativity that has been on this page for 2 days ,your doing a really good job with the children all these so called workers are holding you back not doing jobs properly not turning up until lunch time so they eat before they even lift a tool, make a table for the workers on the roof of other building and just use your house for your own family ,that house should have been built and cave done and all ground work done by now most come to take advantage of you put end to it you work a full week then you get full weeks pay not everyday then they,ll know half to work all week to get paid ❤❤❤

Hi Mr. Engineer, most of the viewer are not negative towards you. They just gave you good advices especially re. the children. They should not be around these workers, and yes yes yes they should eat outside. True too that Nazanin got a bit lazy , and no good to always take the baby in your arms. Listen to the many mother’s advice. Sure you love the children but do not spoil them with so many sweets. Also, it is not safe to leave them alone when you go for the city. Too many people around. The viewers admire you and your family, but they can observe what is going on. I know you have lots on your plate and cannot see yourself in the picture, so heed all the good advices. Everybody knows you are a hero and a lovely father, but just telling always what a lovely father, what a generous human being you are.. 😊is not always helpful. Accept critics meant to help you. With 💕 to all.
