Und wozu wird der Kuchen am Ende nochmal umgedreht? Das macht man ja eigentlich nur bei Kuchen aus Springformen. Bei einer Kranz- oder Gugelhupfform ergibt das keinen Sinn. So steht der Kuchen ja falschrum, also kopfüber auf der Platte!

Le gâteau est retourné, de façon qu'au moment de la dégustation, l'on voit la face cuite sur le dessus... c'est tout simple 😽 Et puis, ce n'est pas un moule à charnière, mais un moule "à baba"... c'est-à-dire, un moule a "couronne"...regardez bien la vidéo 😽 Il n'y a rien de plus simple et de plus délicieux, pour réaliser un cake😽😽🇨🇵🇨🇵

Ich hatte nicht geschrieben, dass die Form eine Springform ist, sondern dass man nur bei Springformen den Kuchen nach dem Stürzen wieder umdreht. "sodass man beim Essen die gebackene Seite oben sehen kann": Gebacken sind ja beide Seiten, aber bei so einer Form sollte die Seite mit den Rissen unten sein, damit man oben auf die schöne Seite schauen kann.
