    チャッキ-さん、魚料理を有り難う‼️今年はイワシがたくさんとれて魚コ-ナ-にも安く出ています。青魚は身体にもいいです‼️下茹でが大事なんですね。イワシのハンバーグも子供のころによく食べました。

    イワシに、、梅煮、、!😊梅干しの叩いた身が入って本当に相性が、、、😊青臭い感じが消えバランス取れる所がいい!、、くせのある材料には梅干し煮は、、本当にいい感じ。ありがとうございます🎉😊
