I know that there are different types of sand but kolkoto,only two types are important, machine ballast and handmade ballast ,hizo zingine nyingi ni ukarabati..iv built a house in Nairobi, another one at home and now I'm in the third one..I have experience

There's soft sand for plastering, and sharp sand is for mixing of the cement and laying of bricks.
