8:00 I am doubtful there's a LAW that I have to agree to a videotape interview. (edit) There is a transcript. Just because it is mostly done, I am not intimidated/forced to follow. It HAS TO BE A CHOICE.
I got my deposition coming up next month, my case is a false police report followed by another over zelious cop the following day who give me two tickets both made out to a vehicle I did not even own and was not driving and he also lied as to the speed zone simply to make it more serious

10:40 "try not to show to be nervous." Are you serious? Are you out of your mind?!!! You DO KNOW some of us have NEVER EVER been involved with the unscrupulous manipulative controlling attorneys and people in the legal system! I find your recommendations offensive and not only already manipulative but insinuating the person has something to hide just following these steps they can get away with lying. But of course, you do want to hear the 'truth'.
