안가봤지만, 웬지 파리의 아침을 보는거 같아요. 평화롭고 빵굽는 냄새가..... 따뜻한 밤이..... 모든게 다 잘 어울어져서 너무 좋네요. 저도 아침 햇살이 참 좋아요. 겨울은 춥고 몸이 굳는거 같아 싫기도 하지만 또 겨울만의 낭만이 있죠.ㅋ 벌써 11월달이 되었네요. 저도 어느덧 무릎덮개 2개와 두툽한 양말을 찾아 신었어요. 오늘도 잘 보고 갑니다. ^^
I make my bread rolls just the way you do. Before I cover with plastic to rise, I brush the rolls with melted butter and this stops them sticking to the plastic. A cook at a hospital I was a nurse at, taught me to cut your squash/pumpkin in half, scoop the seed out, leave the skin on, put your pumpkin cut side down in a large pot and fill half way up the pumpkin and cook on on medium heat until tender. That way you can just scoop out the tender pumpkin, return it to the pot and puree it then add whatever spices and some water, milk or cream you wish. That way you skip all the work of peeling and cutting a hard pumpkin. Always works for me. Happy Halloween. Your house looks cozy.

My vegan niece made a fabulous squash soup, smooth and creamy--she did not remove the skin, just blended it up, and it was impossible to tell. If you are going to blend the heck out of your squash or pumpkin soup, you do not need to remove the skin! Wow!

Thank you for the videos. I always enjoy them. QUESTION: If your home, especially bedroom, is soooo cold, why don't you use an electric blanket, electric heating pad, or even a small electric heater? A hot water bottle doesn't stay hot very long, and doesn't cover much area! And, if you have central heating of some kind, you can turn it up a degree or two!
