I struggle with hypotheyroidism and I struggle with heart rate issues I have to check my heart rate levels three times a day I feel kinda of embarresed having to check my heart rate at work I once had really low heart rate because of my heart rate issues I passed out I’m glad I’m not the only person who has health issues

17:30 yeah panic attacks suck, I started getting them a lot like last year and I remember the first time I got one I didn’t know what was going on wich made me freak out even more but I’m glad ur ok :)
