I think suction mount is better because sticker comes off when the glue melts from extreme heat and in winters when it gets wet due to fog inside the windshield..

You can buy new sticker but can't find suction mount for camera. I am using suction cup camera for last 5 years and suction cup created problem after 1 year. Now i attached a sticker and sticked suction cup over it with araldite 😢. Better to go for sticker type not suction cup

I believe adhesive is weaker,, try to use any rubber adhesive (don't use permanent ones like fevi quick) would be easier if you visit any car accessories shops nearby.

Dashcams only work when the car's accessory or the car is turned on. Do we have any such dash camera that has a 4g sim card slot and provides remote monitoring 24x7?

@@jaishilpanchal7365 70 Mai records in loop fully and supports 128GB. I am using A800S for the last one year and works fine. You also have parking surveillance as an option but that would cost 2K additionally and that will record on any impact for a minute.

If your car is a seadan then Mirror camer will not be effective

What about glare, does any of these have Anti glare lens fitment options. A big thank you the information and details are very well explained.

For glare reduction, 70mai has a lens corrector. 900 ka hai. It reduces the glares drastically and slightly reduces fish eye effect. Just purchased a500s dual with hard wiring and Lens correction cover setup today.

@@SudhanshuSingh The lens corrector what you bought is it the CPL filter ? I have a 70 Mai dual dash cam. The front real time recording live is beautiful. But I am having problem viewing the rear view recording in daytime because of glare. When I checked up with the company they said the CPL which they are selling spare for 900 is not meant for rear camera and is meant only for front camera.

is there any camera which can be mounted to see position of front wheels while driveing a car.

That means you want to mount the camera outside your car. So in this case you should buy an action camera like gopro or insta 360 go.. which can be mounted on the metal surface of the car.

Dashcam will turn on when you start your car's ignition. It will also record when your dashcam is in parking mode.

That needs cloud storage and no such dashcam is available. But you can use the security cam of qubo, their cloud storage plans are cheap as well. Connect it with a wifi dongle which you can keep inside the dashboard.

Unfortunately there's no such camera but you can do a hardwire setup which will connect the dashcam with the car's battery. Hardwire kit is available online for all the brands and it will give power to the dashcam when your car is parked.. You may need to reach the car accessories shop who will do the connection easily.

Absolutely, but the dashcam has a very small battery just for the purpose of motion tracking... For best use, one should attach camera with the car battery via a hardwire kit.

First of all I haven't used redtiger as of now. But redtiger dashcams are generally more reliable in terms of assured video recording... also pricing went down recently for india. Whereas wolfbox comes with more advanced features and video quality is also sharp.

Plz suggest best cams under 20000/- , not a fan of adas or parking options.

It's better to buy a parking camera separately and connect that on android auto because both cameras solve different purposes and also placement is different for both.

Dashcam can turn on automatically when we start the car, whereas with action camera we need to do this manually. Also, there are few features which are dedicated to dashcam which will help, for eg parking mode. And the battery used inside dashcam are capable to handle high temperature which is required because cars can be super hot when it is parked.

Of course it's there,,, i mean it's a common functionality nowadays. I too have checked on their website. Btw hardwire connection would be a better option than parking mode or motion detection because it only captures time-lapse videos. But check at the dealer about hardwiring because the warranty of the car can void.

Don’t go for wolfbox i07 there Are a lot issues with the device, features are limited, overheating issue, time lapse doesn’t when using hardwire kit. Not worth the cost

I've a few queries regarding 3 channel dash cam: 1. With hard wire kit how's the battery drainage? My car is used scarcely and if I hard wire it, I feel it might drain the battery. 2. If yes, can we turn the parking mode off, once we've hard wired it to avoid battery drainage? 3. Can the screen be turned off, when not required? 5. Does it require a Cpl filter to be bought separately? 6. Which memory card is recommended to be used with it? It'll be great help if you reply. 🙏

So the battery can go low if you keep the car parked for more than 2 weeks but never finishes completely. Dashcam will turn off itself after 2 weeks of use or so to preserve the battery, but it will never finish all the juice up due to the auto-cut feature, which detects the battery strength... and saves the last stage battery so that you can start your car. BTW it takes only timelapse videos in parking mode, that means 1frame per second and ofcourse you can turn it off. You can also turn-off the preview screen when it's not required. CPL filter is not required. For SDCard? you can go with samsung evo plus 128gb.

@@TechLeading Thank you for the quick response.. 🙏 Just one more thing, after hard wiring, if we don't require the parking mode recording at all, how to turn it off? Would it require me to detach the fuse points manually or is there a way to do it more conveniently. Basically I just want to hardwire the cam so as not to engage the 12 volt socket, and I want to use the dashcam only when the car is on the road. Not when it's parked. I need to hardwire the cam to keep the socket free but then it directly attaches itself to battery power it seems.. Hence the query..

For safety purposes all dashcams nowadays switch off itself after scheduled parking mode. Don't leave it ON for more than 24hours. BTW the electric circuit will turn off automatically in the new car models... that's how dashcam gets turned off, so read about your car's electric functioning online.
