All I have to say is: So nice. You make it look easy. Without the right tools.... forget it.
Great... but how do you build the jig???
Thanks I work at a cabinet shop and they've been having me do this with an oscillating tool and I've been insisting that a router is the way to go
Thanks for filming this. How did you determine the size of your jig opening, pls?
Clamp the frame to keep it from moving all over the place.
What router bit you are using
Porter Cable when it was great! Is that an 80's model?
Two passes ... I presume one for the cut and one for the land for the glass? Was there a change in the jig or router that I missed?
needed to tell what size bit was being used and the depth of the cur.
JOHN WASHINGTON it’s a 1/4inch spiral downcut bit
..
Make it wooden with the help of the woodglut instructions.
