I just bought directly from the Cozy stroller site. And it has been weeks I have not even received a shipping email. They are not responding to any of my emails or answering my phone calls. Since this I have read that so many people have been scammed by this company. Imagine paying $300 plus for a stroller and never receiving it nor a refund.

Wow that’s unfortunate. Sorry to hear about it. Try to Reach out to the credit card company that you paid with about this issue. They should be able to refund the amount if you submit a claim.

Same thing happened to me I called my bank and canceled it immediately cozy strollers is a SCAM everything was off from the phone number the email that I never got a response to luckily I found the exact same thing at Walmart online with warranty
