United will FINALLY have a style of play with ralf. Remember that he brought schalke to the semi's of the ucl. I dont think they will start tearing up teams but give him 3 weeks - 1 month and the prem will see that gegenpress everyone's talking about and most importantly, winning games. United will be exciting to watch imo.

Its a sensible decision as we needed both a quick fix for the rest of the season and a person to overlook our football department/structure going forward. How well he does on the sideline with this team is yet to be seen, but i expect an improvement at least in organisation/controling the game/team shape etc which we desperately missed.

I think the more important job in the shorter term will be to get a proper midfield in place, a proper cdm to be specific with backups (cuz McFred ain't good enough). I think they can manage with the current squad in attack even without a young striker. Also they have to somehow sell a whole lot of excess players which, idk why, they haven't done already

I think it's been reported that Rangnick will have some of his own team with him (including his assistant) but will also have most of the current coaching staff. We'll have to see how it goes but I agree with you that the current staff have not been good enough and lack experience.

I see Paul Parker, I skip. Just like when I see Trevor Sinclair, Gabby Agbonlahor and sometimes even Paul Merson.

Too much to rebuild to be an interim manager. It’s a several years work. Not a 6 month work to make manutd competitive again. Best evidence: Klopp’s Liverpool. It took him nearly 4 years to win something. Rangnick style of player may include Rashford, Greenwood, Martial, Van de Beek, Sancho… Ronaldo could lure any manager but it will depend on how Rangnick can control his ego and make it part of his work system. Same does apply for Bruno due to his temperament. Both definitely good assets he can play with and will depend on how they can commit to his team system. The ones he can dispose should include Pogba, the CB (Lindelof and Maguire) , wan bissaka (urgently) and Matic. Mctominay and Fred may have another chance and he should keep Varane too.
