Really rate this guy highly. It takes a lot of the right characteristics to be able to see the flaws in a system that benefited you. Governments should take note.

Trent showing empathy for his colleagues from the Academy is huge. Proud of you, mate! I hope I can see you as a Liverpool Captain in the future. YNWA
It’s nice to see him more comfortable and candid in an interview. Definitely shows he’s comfortable with Liam. Great interview.
So proud of Trent. An incredible athlete but more importantly an incredible human being. He lives and breathes the true meaning You’ll Never Walk Alone.
Top lad Trent
Honestly my idol love him so much ☝🏼❤️
I support arsenal but love what Liverpool produces from young kids to legends of the game 👊🏾❤️💯

but right now arsenal mostly used their talent like their academy player.... Liverpool nowadays is more like buy other club products just for club reputation not used their academy player mostly right now... what trent do is he want every young academy player that play for big club dont give just train well make those manager and first team management seeing them that they deserve inside that squad not young outsiders player that not belong to the club academy. that what trent do right now

youre right but we have jones currently settling in the first team, also kelleher, who turned out to be a more than valuable 2nd choice GK.
Next Captain Fantastic! Showing outstanding leadership..
Trent bro as a man who’s trying to build his own mental health support organisation for men thank you for raising awareness of the topic. I’d love to work or get any advice off yourself or others. I’m taking the steps to ensure I do everything right to provide the support needed for men and lads fighting depression and low self worth. Keep the conversation going and again mate any advice you have will be massively appreciated

Already a bonafide legend!
huge respect for creating The After Academy
Top, Top, Top, Top and Top lad that's how Klopp would have put it. And the way, manner, style and rhythm that he playing and gaining in his football career is immense. There is still lot's of grounds and levels Trent will definitely reach and aspire in his football game. Well thought out and spoken about his breakout from the football academy.
Much love and respect Trent. Have been rooting for you ever since you walked into the first team. Shine on!
He's in quite a unique position, I see him in the same vein as Gerrard except Gerrard had pressure his whole career to win everything with Liverpool, Trent does not have that he has already done it, because of this I can probably see him staying at Liverpool his whole career in alot more certainty than I did with Gerrard.

Absolute legend, kids already looking up to him at 24 by the time he retires scousers will rate as high as Gerrard. He’s already a Liverpool legend ❤
Come back this time next year and this lad will have broken the Premier League assist record when he's in the midfield (in a single season). Guys class and playing where he belongs.

One of top players out there striving and successfully accomplish so much Trent is no doubt the best and as a female player im proud to learn so much from him..keep pushing trent.
Wonderful mate wonderful...this is so wholesome...sports fans only want to celebrate success and have bragging rights never thibking about all those have worked so hard but never make thank you for shining the spotlight on those who dont have it...well done again. Football and sports needs more young men like you...id vote you for a nobel prize if i could.
The way Trent describes the football industry really makes you stop and go, "yeah...that's fucked."
Hats off
"As a kid, I didn't go to house parties, I didn't chill down by the shops." Sounds like he had guidance and encouragement that he listen to. Trent is being humble, I'll bet he worked exceptionally hard.

Im 58 now but I remember me and my mates and anyone that could play and make up the numbers calling on each others houses to get a mame going in the park, none of us were good enough to play proffessionally but it was such a joy and having something to llok forward to in a London Urban area, built friendships, social skills, confidence, health and fitness, this is why football is the best
"Watchin it, Playin it, Recreating goals". That's a rap chorus we need .. . .
I really want to see Trent, Bellingham and Declan Rice playing for Liverpool. They're young, dynamic, lots of potential and entertaining to watch them. It'll never happen though.

What an incredible player Trent Alexander is not only that but he's also an incredible human being!He knows how hard and challenging to make it out of the Academy and wants to help those who didn't make to least have a safety net All the trolls and haters calling him out the "worst defender " are just bitter that he achieved more in young lifetime than they ever could behind the screen or sitting on their sofas
Congratulations to Trent and God's continued blessing to him in his life and career. What happened to Delli Ali?
He's got a big heart!
I mean if this doesn't say legend in so many ways!!. I watched his YT video with the roundtable, and I was not sure what provoked it because it was his first video.. but after seeing this, the fact that he comes out and says what he does, in the whole "don't bite the hand that feeds you" world, because he knows it's not right shows that he isn't afraid of what could come. This young man is only going to get better and better with a mentality like this in life!! ❤❤❤❤

Trent is such a boss. I didnt think he had a streak in him until he barged into Granit Xhaka after he left a late one on him. Trents got that fire.

One wonders whether befriending Tyrone Mings has influenced the way Trent is thinking about both this and mental health, as Trent didn't really speak on this or seem deeply interested before they both got called up to England (c.2018-9 iirc). Not just a haircut they have in common.

How To Be Simply Saved. 1. The bad News. We are sinners. (Romans 3:23.) We deserve to be punished in hell for our sins. 2. The Good News. Jesus Christ who is God’s Son died on the cross for all of your sins. He was buried & rose again to give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4. Romans 6:23.) 3. How am I saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31.) 4. Once saved, always saved. Jesus said in John 6:47. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. Do you believe that you are saved by grace and promised heaven because Jesus died for you? Yes/No

@pendafen7405
Жыл бұрын
@@ThrottleBody it didn't need to be 'shitloads', just a glance a few times a minute for the sake of healthy respectful polite engagement and social reciprocity. Trent though looks at him maybe twice or three times in the space of ten minutes. Perhaps in fairness he's got social anxiety or he's shy, though, I know what that's like. Sometimes it's difficult to force yourself to engage on that level, but it's really important to make other people feel heard.
WORLD CLASS (NOT DEFENSIVELY )
@harryclark7404
Жыл бұрын
Have a look at the situations where Trent’s defending had been “bad” and ask yourself … why is he isolated? Why have the midfield completely overladed ball side and left him exposed? Oh Trent’s defending is bad? What part of his defending? His tackling? No, that’s actually good. 1 on 1s? Again, he’s fine at 1 on 1s. Positioning? Well his positioning is often bad, but he is an attacking defender so it’s not really possible for him to be in two places at once, this says more about Klopp’s stubbornness than Trent’s defending. Before jumping onto a bandwagon do the research yourself. Look at the situation YOURSELF, not with the analysis of pundits who are being paid to give contentious opinions as this encourages user interaction and therefor boosts ad revenue. Try having your own opinion, it’s actually far more intellectually stimulating. Challenge the opinions you do hear, rather than blindly following them because “this guy won a premier league, he must know what he’s talking about” yes he does, but he’s not paid to tell the truth, he is paid to make Sky/BT etc money.
@IceClawz.

He's won possession more than any other pl player since he's moved to midfield. Defensively he's fine ,just lacked the cover in midfield by but now he is the cover in midfield and we haven't lost a game

Wait till he's had a full season in the midfield. You will see his class. He's always been a midfielder and the only reason he was slapped at Right back is because Clyne got injured and we had NO ONE else. But he then recreated the position and made it his own. Hes not even that bad in defence, He's back where he belongs now. The heart of that Liverpool midfield. Baller. 🔴

He isn't saying give your money to them but rather help them better transition into society where they can still make valuable contributions in other ways than playing footie. Keep in mind that these boys would have given at least 10 years of their life to a goal only to be told it's unattainable and we are talking 15 - 18 year olds.

It’s not about giving them money, it’s about helping them find jobs or other opportunities. Most of these players sacrifice their education to try make it as a pro but when they fail, all they’ve done since they were 9/10 years old have played football. He did a great interview in the guardian explaining exactly how much it takes to make it through the academy and what his schooling looked like etc and you’ll understand why a lot of there’s some people that struggle to adapt after they get released
