Premiär SJ X2000 X2C 2017 från Stockholm till Göteborg / First New Version X2 passenger train - 4k60

Det andra helt uppgraderade X2 / X2000 tågsättet, med drivenhet nummer X2C 2017, fick sin premiär i reguljär trafik som tåg nummer 405 från Stockholm Centralstation CST till Göteborg Centralstation G den 20e mars 2022. Tåget avgick 15:56 (-4) från spår 13 i huvudstaden. Vid Södertälje Syd blev tåget ytterligare försenat några minuter på grund av ett tekniskt fel på en dörr på tåget. Ett spårfel och banarbete vid Skebokvarn utanför Flen försenade tåget ytterligare. Till slut kom det fram till Göteborg 19 minuter sent.
Det första uppgraderade tåget inkluderar drivenhet X2C 2008 och började köra i november 2021.
Filmat i 4k60. Tyvärr hade jag ett problem med slutarvinkeln, så vissa klipp har mer flimrande lampor än jag skulle vara okej med om inte tåget var speciellt. Jag ber om ursäkt för det.
0:18 - Tåget ankommer spår 7.
1:28 - Manöverenhet X2C 2508 med MTRX X74 Miriam i bakgrunden.
1:51 - Drivenhet X2C 2017.
1:56 - Västtågen / Västtrafiks första blåmålade Regina, X52 9075 som nyligen kom i trafik.
3:42 - BONUS - Västtågen X14 3224 kör förbi Borås Övre Station. 17-Maj-2018. Borås Öfwre Station öppnade 1863 på Herrljungabanan (BHJ Borås-Herrljunga Järnväg). Bibanan till Västra Stambanan byggdes som 1 217mm men byggdes om till normalspår 1 435mm 1898. Banan hade skarvspår fram till 2021.
ENGLISH:
The second completely upgraded SJ X2000 / X2 passenger train debuted in regular service with train 405 from Stockholm to Gothenburg on March 20th, 2022. It departed Stockholm a few minutes late at 15:56 and was held up by a track fault and a faulty door on the way. It arrived in Gothenburg 19 minutes late just before 19:30.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to set up my shutter angle, so there are more flickering lights in some clips than I would be okay with normally. My apologies.
0:18 - The train arrives in Gothenburg to track 7.
1:28 - Control unit X2C 2508 with MTRX X74 Miriam in the background.
1:51 - Drive unit X2C 2017.
1:56 - Västtågen / Västtrafiks first blue Regina passenger train X52 9075 that newly came into service again with the new paintjob and new upholstery.
3:42 - BONUS - Västtågen X14 3224 travels past Borås Övre Station / Borås Upper Station. 17-May-2018. Borås Öfwre Station opened in 1863 on the BHJ Borås-Herrljunga Järnväg railroad. This was an offshoot of the Western Mainline / Västra Stambanan and was built using 1217mm track gauge, but was converted to the standard gauge of 1435mm in 1898.

    It's nice when they actually invest in the railroad. This particular X2 unit was actually built/delivered in 1993. It was a pretty high-tech train at the time where it tilts/lens in curves, etc. This one was completely revised and upgraded over the last year or two with a brand-new interior, new motors, etc., so it will probably be in use for twenty more years.     Hej! Good video will come from you again, thank you for that 👌 To the point: the fun track gauge of 12xx mm doesn't seem to be very common, I hear it for the first time - is there an old (Swedish) foot gauge, etc.? Looks like that redesigned X2, we're starting to have Pendolinos of the same age, here in the East they'll probably be phased out and replaced with new ones when we're so maybe rich - at least that's what I heard 😁🤔

    Thank you so much and thank you for watching! 1217mm track was unusual in Sweden. Only four different railways used it (About 160km of track total) and they were all upgrade before 1900 (you can see the different railways here sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sp%C3%A5rvidd_1217_mm?msclkid=002bc664ae0311ec88166c698ef8544b ). The new upgraded X2s look very nice, so I am sure they will be in use for 20 more years. The Pendolinos are similar to X2 in more ways than I realized, with the tilting, for example.

    @@TrainspottinginSweden Thanks for the link, it was something I thought. Here the tilt is off the Pendolino, it happened sometime after last summer (this is said to be due to a change in the computer program, nothing has been unpacked yet) oddly enough, the schedules did not change at all - at least here the speed dropped from 200 to 160 km / h. 😁

    @@lippa79 Interesting. It is probably cheaper to keep them running without it, with fewer moving parts, and the need is probably less depending on the line and the speed.
