Watch this video now to help you learn the Preliminary 14 (2006) British Dressage Test.
This video has some excellent quality close up footage of me practice riding the Prelim 14 filmed with the Pixio Robotic Camera.
We have done an accurate test and there are subtitles added for the Prelim 14 test and the objectives you need to aim for. The video is designed as a tool to help you see where you are meant to ride the movements and learn the test.
There is a second run through of the Prelim 14 dressage test with narration added of the test itself, exactly as you would read it from the sheet.

Thank you, I’ve watch your videos over & over 🙈 So helpful 👌🏻 One day I’ll be brave enough to give prelim a try. Just not sure whether to correct the canter lead if it goes wrong as think it might look worse if we both become more unbalanced trying to get it right. What are your thoughts on this? x

Perfect practice always. If you continue wrong you are training the horse to do it incorrectly. They learn from repetition. Come back to trot, reorganise and properly prepare. Don’t worry about today’s marks, focus on the training for future days
