That is so adorable! I helped my cat deliver her two babies. Now I have three of them running around keeping me awake at night! 😂

The feral cat distribution center has my brothers address... he had 2 young pregnant cats show up at his door. They are now currently living inside his house with 7 newborn kittens between them. The one mom isn't doing well with taking care of her 3 so the other mom stepped up and is taking great care of all 7 and doing an amazing job. Not sure the 3 kittens would have survived if not for my brother and the other cat. We plan to get the 2 moms fixed as soon as it's safe to do so. I'm personally hoping my cat & doggo will go along with my plans to adopt 2 of them in several weeks. All hail the cat distribution center. 💝 Be kind to yourself, your pets and each other.❤

It is a miraculous experience witnessing the birth of kittens or any animal. I have experienced it twice. The first time my fascinated German Shepherd insisted on guarding the little ones and was trusted to mind the family each time the proud queen had to go outside to make a call of nature! And just last Christmas I was presented with 5 little black furballs by a female cat I had just adopted! It is mind-blowing how a mother cat just copes by instinct, biting the umbilical, consuming the expelled placenta and stimulating the newborn's first breaths by licking them from nose to tail tip! Being a witness to this miracle is a privilege!

Calicos and torties aren’t necessarily chimeric, but they display mosaicism due to X chromosome inactivation. (Though the male ones tends to be more which are already rare in the first place)

My sweet little Sheba (an all black semi-feral) gave birth to her 5 kittens in my apartment on June 2, 2023. It was such a miraculous event! Still a kitten herself she knew exactly what to do and took incredible care of her babies! I rehomed 4 of her kitties and kept one (and her!)! What a blessing!

They are all so beautiful! I just lost one of my cats a few hours ago, but watching videos like this is helping to heal my broken heart. God bless you for helping them! ❤

I took in a pregnant stray when I was around 9 or 10 ish. Little calico cat. I named her Cal (inventive, I know). Being a kid and not in a great living situation (long story), I was asleep on the couch dreaming of pokemon, cuz I kept hearing "mew! mew!" woke up to find the safe place Cal had chosen to give birth was ON TOP OF ME WHILE I SLEPT. I don't recall ever having to get out of bed so carefully since lol.

I love fostering kittens, they are so sweet when they are so little and go to new homes when they are ready. Then i get to have a new batch of babies all over again. We have a set of 4 right now with a little black kitten my Morkie Poo puppy Trinket is in love with. Every time I look they are playing or cuddling. Trinket is only 4lbs so they are both small

I had a cat give birth on my dirty porch to six babies. She still lives with me and I have one of her babies. I don't regret saving them.
