You are correct. It is recommended that pregnant women be active consistently as long as the OB hasnt restricted a pregnant mom...at all ages. Helps pace wt gain, helps with body aches and pace wt gain. She doin great!🎉🎉

I’m sure she’s asking her OB Dr if what she does would in anyway be harmful for baby, or pregnancy.. she also most certainly has one of the best Drs monitoring her. Give them both a break they are on tour, tired, and they both are allowed to be exhausted and not always laughing and smiling. Yes, it's good to move around a lot when you are pregnant, especially if you plan to have a vaginal birth. I waited till my last trimester to move and I was not dilated until I started walking.

Yes she is in Puerto Rico today for the cruise. She has a show on Friday and in Vegas on Sat for Lovers and Friends Fest. She doing her thang. But this is the last month of her performing then she is on maternity leave.

It's baffling to me how some ppl think they know better than the medical professionals. I'm absolutely positive she got the green light from her Doc to perform. She's not the only pregnant celeb who still works. Moving around staying active is great for her and her baby. And bc she's stayed active her delivery will be easier and when she starts exercising to get the baby weight off that will be easier too. I'm talking from experience (5 times) and other women experiences I've been a part of 🙏😌✌.

Y’all do know tour dates are planned ahead. She worked while she was not pregnant, y’all are just seeing it now because her and Nelly is in the news. She has slowed it down, she cancelled her Macon, Ga concert. Knowing those two they have a doctor onsite, if Nelly can get his tooth fixed within 24 hours they are prepared for this pregnancy. I had 2 geriatric pgs. Like me Ashanti is perfectly healthy and it's always good to remain active during your pregnancy. She's way healthier than women who sit and gain excess weight, so I say leave her alone. And personally I think Nelly was just trolling. @ttboyzmom Pregnancy is extremely hard on your body. Being black and having the best doctors doesn't mean anything. Ask Judge Hatchet's son, his wife died during pregnancy. There is still bias in the healthcare system, and black women tend to have worse outcomes. Common sense should be deployed. Pregnancy within itself is hard, adding other factors such as age compounds the situation.

@@Kiki-AndBeyond A 20 yr old can have complications, I believe she is checked regularly and if they felt like it would be a problem she would have sit down, she has slowed down on performing but I believe it her who wants to do this or she may have some obligations of a certain contract before she found out she was pregnant they book months in advance, when we don't see her ppl will say she spending Nelly money and should be working.

She can work while pregnant, there are some women who exercise, and lift weights while being pregnant. The key is to MAINTAIN your normal lifestyle, unless your doctor has told you something different. If your norm was being a very active person then you can continue to be active while pregnant, it will help you during your delivery process. Now don't get out here jumping around and you were lazy af before, that will cause stress on your body. She is good. 👏🏿💯🫶🏿🥰 Nelly straight he just dealing with his women and their first pregnancy. Staying active is very healthy for a pregnancy. I’m sure her doctor told her that it was ok to keep doing shows as long as she doesn’t over do it, she will probably slow down when she gets too big and it gets closer to her delivery. I don’t think she’s stressing him out clearly this photo is showing them after they just finished doing a show so he is obviously just exhausted from his performance on stage and she was probably tired from the show as well. People are always trying to say something negative and start negative rumors just let them be happy and be happy for them!!

The only thing I see stressed is his leg that whole convo was about that leg he trying to hold together 😂

I am ready for her to slow down real soon too, but she's in better shape than most 20 year olds. Let's be smart about this also, I'm sure she has the best doctor's around guiding her. You see she's gotten through the worst months without any harm to the baby so I believe it's smooth sailing from here. Keep public opinion out of yals relationship and you will stay together forever. If Nelly didn't want to be there, he wouldn't be. She didn't ask him to come back into her life. She probably still loved him, but she didn't bother him She kept her distance and worked, vacationing and minding her business. Ashanti seems drama free. She loves peace
