I remember feeling soooo tired. I was teaching and thought I could lay down in the middle of class and fall sound asleep!

My cousins nickname has always been “Bump” he’s a grown man with kids of his own and to this day that’s STILL what I call him lol

When you took the buns out of the oven, the first thought I had was YOU have a bun in the oven! I am so invested in this journey and I love that you're posting so often! I cant wait for you to meet your little one! also, when I lived in Santa Fe, NM the luminaries were what everyone did. I thought it was just a New Mexico thing, but I love that you have such a quaint neighborhood. What a great place to raise kids.

One tip... make sure the doctor who delivers is actually with your hospital/insurance. Little did I know the doctor who delivered my daughter was not even though the hospital was. My regular doctor was in emergency surgery so I was just given someone else, didn't know I should of asked.. but I was in labor wasn't thinking of anything else.

I did the same thing! My husband and I had a few years of infertility. Every time I went out I’d look for gender neutral everything! 🤣

Go with the doula and midwife practice if you can. Most prenatal midwife appointments are longer and more personal

Not sure if it will work with your fur babies. But with ours we taught “not yours”. Then as baby comes and all the baby things and toys and such. We say not yours and they drop it.

Yeah I was very lucky not to have true morning sickness maybe 1 or 3 days worth. I was exhausted and blah and smells got too intense. Think positive thoughts

When the nurse or doctor said she only saw one baby - did you have a feeling it was twins or do they run in your fam? I had my 1st ultrasound at 20 weeks (standard here in Canada) and they saw 2 babies but I had idea I was carrying twins.. they seem to do ultrasounds early in the U.S compared to here!
