I also used it for my first. Natural birth ...13 hours. I also did acupuncture/dates etc . Anything natural and safe. So curious if it really helped (wish you could find out how long labour woukd be without the "old wives tales") I truly feel it did. I enjoyed the pure adrenaline of giving birth my way, out of a hospital. Basically my pregnancy routine minus the radiation cover for my belly. I did the cell phone cover but now am obessessed with getting other things for our home/wardobe. Thank you Alba.

I love you. I love you. I’ve been subscribed through a different account for like 3 Years now and I’ve never regretted it once. Alba, you are a wonderful person and such an inspiration for young women like myself. You made a difference in my life simply by being you and sharing all your knowledge. We share a lot in common and it makes me feel less alone in my Dominican family, lol. It’s hard to pass this info onto my household because of many reasons, which I’m sure you’ve experienced as well. My doula recommended that i drink 1 cup of the tea during the first trimester, 2 in the second, and 3 in the third...and my baby was born naturally in about an hour after my water broke. Super easy! I also took the same vitamins, and the fclo. Good job mama!

Mimz 11 Mimz 11 it’s recommended after first trimester. It cause the uterus to tone and tighten and sometimes they fear that might cause miscarriage too early on. If you drink in first trimester I would say keep the quantities low/every other day.

This routine is so simple yet amazing! I wish I had a proper pregnancy routine similar to this 💖 I literally needed motivation to roll out of bed 🤒

Hi Alba, Ive never commented before. So I'm gonna make it detailed. It's so amazing to watch this video. I remember back in 2012 when I used to watch your videos. I know exactly what my first video was, "Homemade All Natural Body & Face Scrubs". I just remember thinking who is this stunning woman?!?! I don't watch youtube much anymore, but your videos made a huge impact on me and my beauty education from a young age. I remember learning about jojoba oil and thinking what the hell is this stuff! I was 17 back then and I'm 24 now and I still use it to this day. And the body scrubs! My brother would yell at me asking why I was using everything from the kitchen in the bathroom. I still laugh. I dont know why but you did leave a mark on my memory.
