I’m sorry you are going through this. It sounds horrible and very scary. My friend had 5 miscarriages before she finally had a successful one. She now has a beautiful boy who just turned 3, Keep being positive, it will happen.

I am going through the exact same situation. Scariest thing I’ve experienced. The waiting game and the unknown is causing me so much distress

I just went through this 3wks ago worst feeling in the world, I lost my baby at 6wks and this happened 3wks I lost the baby. Methotrexate makes you feel horrible, I'm now feeling better after all those ambulance rushes to the emergency room. Fortunately, my right tube didn't rupture. I totally understand the feelings and sorry for everyone loss on here we will have our babies.

Thanks for sharing your story, I just left the ER for the exact same issue with our pregnancy, my beta hcg levels raised from 3600-3750 Methotrexate was given and we will see where to go from here. All the luck and prayers to moms ttc

How did it go. Going for mine tomorrow

Went to the ER last night and was diagnosed eith PoUL and left feeling extremely confused. Thank you for explaining what the advanced stages and next steps of this might look like. I have my followup today or tomorrow. Yesterday my hcg levels were 7000 so if it is ectopic, it's advanced quite a bit already. I'm praying that it turns out that the pregnancy is just not able to be detected because it's too early, but that is extremely wishful thinking. At least I now know there is an option other than surgery if needed, and that was a little comforting. But i am just praying this baby is in the uterus somewhere

Mine happened overnight. We talked about "watch and wait" and repeat blood work since my HCG was dropping. The test came back and it went up. It even went up at the hospital when I went to get the methatrexate

Hi! Thanks for sharing this. The first video of yours that I watched was your day 1-5 embryos results. I feel like our story is almost identical. Had a period and then 1.5 weeks later started spotting! Ended up getting a D+C followed by methotrexate. We just did an egg retrieval (36 retrieved, 27 fertilized). We are on day 2 now. Our numbers are high like yours and we are at similar age. Hoping to end up with a little more than 4 genetically normal embryos at the end. Seeing that you were able to have more than 1 baby gives me hope! Thanks so much for sharing your story.

I am going through this right now starting last Thursday. I ended up getting the shot today and came across your video. The deciding factor was all the risk she outlined. My doctor said that on Friday she had a 1% chance of the pregnancy being viable but now it is a 0%. She plugged in my period dates from both Aug and Sept plugged that in to her calculations. She said: 1) In ectopic pregnancies the woman usually has a progesterone of at our around 2. I was 2.9(Thurs), 2.4(Fri) and 2.4(Mon). 2)She said that the baby was growing based on hcg values. 153(Thurs), 200(Fri), 444(Mon). However there was not a max hcg level correlation to a ruptured fallopian tube. 3. On Fri there was something looking like a gestational sac forming now it is gone 4. She said I can wait until Fri BUT if the embryo keep growing then it can burst my tube and then I could lose the tube, die from internal bleeding my and chances of getting pregnant in the future is 1/2 because I would only have 1 tube. 5. She said that my health and life mattered to her most now. Then we can regroup and plan for a future pregnancy. 6. I took some time to think it over in the room and she came back in and shared that she had an ectopic pregnancy and lost one of her tubes. Overall I already have health complications and did not want to further complicate things. But it is definitely an emotional roller-coaster

Did u bleed??? Same thing happening to me and I got the shot yesterday I feel so sickkkkk and dizzy. But I want to know when I'm gonna start bleeding. Did ur hcg go down on the 4th day draw or til the 7th?

I know this video is old but your story is identical to mine. I had what I thought to be a period, with a negative pregnancy test the day prior. 2 weeks later, had spotting and found out I was pregnant. Today I just received the methotextrate injection. It’s been almost a month and I just want it over. It is definitely heartbreaking to have been trying and our first pregnancy this time around was this traumatic event. Hi Jasmine. I am so sorry you’re going thru this right now. It’s a really difficult thing to have happen and go through. Our first pregnancy resulted in a loss and this was our second. I can empathize with how upsetting it is and just know your feelings of grief and anger and sorrow are all valid and take the time to feel them out. I hope your body heals soon and the medication works swiftly for you. Negative pregnancy test 28-03-2021 AF 30-03-2021, 4 days cycle Soar boobs from 11th-16th April pregnancy test positive on 16-04-2021, clear blue 2-3wks. 19-04-2021, HCG 2477, vaginal ultra sound nothing seen. 21-04-2021, HCG 2200 26-04-2021 HCG 1800, Vaginal ultrasound, nothing. 04-05-2021 HCG 1200, vaginal ultrasound nothing. Today 05-05-3021 getting methotrexate injection in hospital, in a hospital gown, on a drip, waiting for injection. Your story helped me so much, never knew things like this happen

I'm going through it right now. I got the vaccine yesterday having pain. Now I have a Lil bit of bleeding. No pain just inflamation . Do you think is working?. Does the vaccine pushes the baby out? Or the body absorbs it?

@@tammymai9263 oh goodness I'm very sorry you're going through this😔well at the moment I'm starting to feel like my self again. I had the shot on June 3rd. Which that day i felt nothing just sad about finding out my baby was gone. (Etopic pregnancy) the following 2 days were horrible though. I felt the worst cramps ever! I cried they were so bad on the 2nd day! The bleeding was horrible too! So many clots and tissue. On the 3rd day o was physically drained. The worst part i had to go back to work and try to hide the physical and emotional pain. I'm just glad it's over now! Actually almost over I'm still going in every week for blood work.

@@jesigarcia37 definitely feel your pain. Glad that you are feeling better now. I am in a more complicated situation that they cannot locate my pregnancy. They told me to wait but i had three ultrasounds already and they just cannot find and sac, mass, or what so ever in my uterus, tubes, ovaries or close areas. They said mine was not a viable pregnancy but the want to rule out where the pregnancy is. I only have one tube working, the other blocked so i dont want to take risk. So you got cramp and bleed a day after the injection. I dont feel anything yet. Actually i want the cramping and bleeding to start so i know that the injecgion is working. Just really hope it works for me otherwise i really dont know how the doctors will deal with my case. :((

Sending you tons of love. I am so sorry you just went thru this as well. I wasn’t taking birth control prior to the pregnancy and have not taken birth control since 2010. I had the copper Paraguard IUD for 7.5 years before that, but I had that removed when we started our TTC Journey 2 years ago in October 2017. I was told by my Infertility doctor to take birth control starting when my HCG numbers finally hit zero after this loss. She wanted me on Birth Control to prevent a potential pregnancy while the Methotrexate was in my system. It takes 3 months to get out of your system and is very dangerous for a potential pregnancy due to the toxicity. I am now taking birth control to calm my ovaries before IVF in December so my body doesn’t over stimulate naturally due to my PCOS.

I am getting the infusion today. Got a BFP on dec 3rd after geting a neg on nov 26th and then having a period tell the 1st when it was supposed to end on the 3rd. My levels were in this order, 37, 14, 26,13,62. I started bleeding again on the 5th as it went down the first time and it is now the 18th and still bleeding but other than that no other symptoms other than normal pregnancy symptoms.

h y hello. I am so sorry to hear you are still in pain. I did not experience any pain after about the two week mark. I would suggest you seek medical attention as soon as you can see your doctor. Pain that far out shouldn’t be happening to my knowledge. I am not sure how your ectopic pregnancy was treated/resolved and if that has anything to do with why you are feeling pain. Sending you support and I hope you are feeling better soon.

02.14.2022 found out valentine's day levels went from 768 on 02/14/2022 _ 3 days later 986 3 more days later 1468 5 days after 1805 ectopic pregnancy levels didn't rise right. was in the 23% at 1816 got the shot. 02.24.2022 wasn't bad! - just feel blah. threw up last night but wasn't bad blood test this monday 02.26.2022

Hello Yolanda! Thank you for reaching out to me. I know your reply is coming from a place of love and encouragement. I have a medical condition and my doctors are going to use the magic of medicine to work towards our next steps. I tried many natural methods for conception prior to beginning medication 10 months after our TTC Journey began. What is your personal experience with infertility, homeopathic methods and what is your diagnosis that you were able to address using alternative methods? How long were you trying to concieve for naturally and did you have any success? Many people recommend things again from a place and position of love and wanting the best for others but they have not walked in the shoes of two years + of infertility themselves. I am just curious about your personal journey with homeopathic recommendations for PCOS. I would caution you or others to recommend potential alternatives without knowing a history of that person and their journey. It can come off as an insult towards the path they have decided to take (example someone may perceive that as a statement that their decision to utilize medicine is "wrong"). It can also come off as an insult that the person has not tried all possible paths before turning to the most expensive and invasive and difficult path towards growing their family. I am looking forward to hearing more about your journey and recommendation.

I felt badly for a few weeks if I recall correctly. I’m sorry you’re going thru this as well. I think it was maybe like 6 weeks for my numbers to be low enough for my cycle to come back.

This is happening to me right now My pregnancy is in an unknown location but my levels are at 5600 and I took methotrexate and it only went down to 5200 so now I’m worried as to how long it’s going to take now 😫 I’m so frustrated. But anyway I have one healthy baby girl before this unknown location pregnancy so that’s how you know it’s literally not that you can’t create a human. It just happens and there are not always answers to these things. Don’t give up hope.

He’s 14 months old. We jumped right back in and I’m due in two months with our second IVF baby. A girl. For us, we never naturally conceived a genetically normal or viable pregnancy. The doctor served us well. We were able to have two children between our egg retrieval in January 2020, our successful embryo transfer in March 2020 and our son born in December 2020… then another embryo transfer in July 2021 for our daughter born in April 2022. We currently have a 24 month old and an 8 month old. Our perseverance and our doctors skill has brought us success. We are so grateful.

Methotrexate itself does not cause bleeding. It’s an injection given in the backside and it’s job is to stop rapidly dividing cells. Bleeding would likely be caused as the pregnancy ends and the hormone levels drop.

Hi! I am not a doctor. Have you called yours? I am sorry you are going thru this. It took a very long time for my HCG to hit zero. Weeks and weeks and weeks. Your body could just be evening out. If you’re concerned call your doctor. Especially if you are having any other symptoms like bleeding, abdominal pain, a fever etc. Good luck!

There are many dimensions to us. Your body is not bad at making babies if you have ever had a big vaccine this can occur. Eat a lot of avocados and antioxidants and take the best fish oil on the market if you want to have a healthy pregnancy. I will try to post a video on the subject if I can.

Thank you for your input. Unfortunately I think we just have very different perspectives and I don’t want anyone reading this to believe that simply eating a lot of avocados and fish oils will fix genetic/biological/infertility struggles. Our infertility issues required IVF, highly educated and trained doctors with years of success in their field. We have a high rate of genetically abnormal embryos... which is why we have such struggles.. combined with PCOS. If we had not sought professional help from an infertility clinic and doctor.. we would not currently have an 8 week old baby sleeping in his bassinet. Please be careful dishing out advice to try XY&Z old wives tales as a solution to medical issues. Some people may see that and try everything under the sun and feel defeated when in reality they could see that learning about their options from a doctor is the most effective path to meeting their fertility goals. You mean well... but comments encouraging people to chase unattainable results from avocados and fish oils is an emotional trap and waste of precious time.

Many many many women take every supplement, try every diet adjustment and chase after the next Thing they think will be the one thing that makes the magic happen.
