just like how ezreal can buffer out of blitz hook if he blinks early enough the opposite can happen if you flash too late the blitz hook looks like it hit the air but then gets instantly onto the target , rito spaghetti code

this one might have been shorter because of the riot layoffs (or it's just because Rogue and KC got only like 1 second of screentime because the rest of their comms are just depression)
