I really don't see Evans going to the Chiefs to be honest, I think that for him it's either the Bucs re-sign him or he heads to Houston as he'd be going to his home town to play with a rapidly up and coming team that's in a dome / warm region rather than in KC where it can get very cold in the late fall / winter. Texas also has no state income tax like Florida, which would be another big incentive for him (and really any free agent) - Now add to that the fact that KC doesn't have much cap space to work with and the fact that you claim they'll re-sign Chris Jones, KC doesn't have the money to get a big name WR this offseason anyways.
