I saw myself in a dressage show riding a Palomino horse at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center for the Traditional Equitation School New Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program with my three really great instructors, Abi, Carol, and Kelly. My mom was with her new boyfriend looking happy in the stands. My dad was with his new girlfriend also in the stands with his dog. I had a Medical Alert Pin for Von Willebrand Disease or Factor VII Deficiency on my riding jacket. I could canter the horse without fear of getting hurt. My mom and her boyfriend have a second home near the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. I just need to be patient, and everything will work out fine.

I keep seeing this dark haired bearded guy who is pretty much my future husband holding 2 little kids hands. I did another meditation a while back like a change of outcome meditation and I think I saw the same guy but without a beard and we had 1 little kid. I think it was his younger self.

I had to start over because I kept feeling moment all around me on my bed. Do I jped up turned the light on and began checking around. OK still alone so I get back to it. I felt it again right around the edge of my bed like someone was bumping it but I ignored it and it eventually stopped. But it was weird. The first few mins after the breaths.

There were tons of distraction while doing this

This made me feel really odd. I felt a literal energetic force pushing me away from the crystal ball like I’m not allowed to see. I felt kind of scared
