Thanks for sharing Peter. I was prediabetic and I reversed it with intermittent fasting and daily cardio.

Wow, fascinating eye vascular idea! I am sure you have heard this before but your talk really made me think about when I received my pre diabetes diagnosis. I was reminded of how I was told to diet and exercise but I didn't know what that meant. I also wasn't given solid advice about how to deal with my diabetic situation from my medical professional but rather a referral to a diabetes education nurse which my insurance didn't want to cover and would cost me $400. I didn't move forward actively with my diabetes until it was past the pre diabetic stage. I probably could have done a better job at the prediabetic stage with more education in general. I really appreciate this interview discussion as it feels like a way to find education.

Most of the people I know myself included never even heard of an A1C until they had a high fasting glucose. That's pretty sad because we know at this point alot of damage has already been done.

For some reason Sarah seems like a sales person to me as opposed to someone like Dr. Bernstein who offers reals advice.
