Maybe the distinction is because the Objective was defined before the independence of India, therefore the creators were not the citizens of India (technically still part of British India) and they created it for the future citizens of India. Later, it was adopted as it is (majorly), with some ammendments later.
Most awaited series is finnally kicking in.. and also thank you sir for continuing legal current affairs... we will be forever in debt of u.. 🙏😇
