In regards to doing IS runs on twitch. Maybe it could be a fun goal to try and beat each of the different bosses in each IS. Like for example, the 4 different ending bosses in Crimson Solitaire. That way, it's not so much "doing runs over and over again" with a far-off end, but rather a tangible goal to work towards. You get to see a lot of really cool bosses, and get some cool encounters along the way.
