    What’s the difference between Benson and Kendre? James Conner was a lot better than Kamara last year, and the team/coaches have reiterated that James is the starter. Additionally, Kendre was a substantially better player in college vs Benson, dragging a pretty bad TCU team to the natty while benson disappointed both had 3rd round draft capital and are behind a vet starter. Only difference is Conner has an injury history but is a better player today vs Kamara based of efficiency

Trying to think of some late rd guys and RBs to add for the next szn timeline, or just to flip later. Any sleeper options for 1 year punt (rds 12-29 left), was gonna get Lloyd and Charbs but maybe not lol.

    What are we doing equating Kendre Miller a 22 year old early 3rd round pick with an old rb ahead of him who has 1 year left and was Hella inefficient on the ground last year to: Ray Davis who turns 25 this season, 4th rd pick w a young back in front of him. Pierce 4th rounder who has lost his job twice now. Estime a 5th round pick who ran a 4.7 in a crowded backfield. Algiers 5th round with stud infront of him Dobbins 25 years old obv can't stay healthy on his second team. Tracy a 5th round pick turning 25 this year and spent 6 years in college never got a thousand yards. Kendre had more yards in 3 seasons lol

    @@FantasyStockExchange you can say the next class is going to replace all of these guys. Kendre is still more valuable than them. He was a second round rookie pick idk how his value dropped if his pathway is becoming clearer. Kamaras sub 4 ypc isn't gonna keep him at bay.

  • @brett4932

    @brett4932

    29 күн бұрын

    @@FantasyStockExchange Even if the 2025 class takes over the saints backfield there's no reason to sell kendre right now for your projected third price tag. When camp starts and he's making noise because he's healthy and the beat writers know kamara is gone his value will creep up. And if he gets 25-40% snap share (which is a very high probability) in any games in the early weeks of the season you'll have multiple managers in your league looking to buy for a second or more. Trading him away for cost or less than cost prior to when his value is most likely to increase is a very, very low EV play.

    Can’t agree with the K9 take in the sense of him being a middling back long term. When you watch Walker he’s just one of the most talented/explosive runners in the league and I believe this is a year he pops. One thing to remember: pace of play and plays ran for Seattle should go way up. Grubbs offense is dynamic but it doesn’t necessarily shy away from running the ball either. What ever you see on paper about Charbonet vs Walker is skewed by an injury filled season in 23’ (to the entire team and OLine) and really Charbonet didn’t do anything last year for me to think his role will grow.

  • @FantasyStockExchange

    @FantasyStockExchange

    Ай бұрын

    Definitely a solid point about the pace, I guess I’m just not overly interested in backs lacking pass catching upside where the backup might be as good as him He’s not a middling back, my point was more that he’s a boom or bust runner and coaches have soured on guys like Swift being that way

  • @samsports220

    I’m lost on what I should do with Jonathan Taylor. I want to tier down from him but I’m not getting anything good for his value. The other 9 guys I play arent huge dynasty guys and value last year’s production over all else. I was thinking about sending Taylor and maybe another piece for Pacheco, Ekeler and JK Dobbins or something like that. It’s a Superflex start 12 league where you have to start 3 RBs. I’m great at QB, Good at TE and have a lot of high upside WRs that should make me a title contender. But what has killed me in the playoffs is lack of RB depth. My top 4 RBs are Taylor, Rachaad White, Javonte Williams and Ray Davis. Thanks

    I'm confident that your take on Kendre won't age well. And it's not because he'll be a perennial RB2+ starter post-Kamara this or next year. But in the current situation, if you've acquired Kendre for cheap (or even fair market value) or drafted him previously you should absolutely not be selling for a third-round pick. The odds of his value rising far greater than the odds of you hitting on a future third round pick. And if Kamara were to get hurt or simply show his age, he's an easy flip for a second or more depending on the role he carves out. Cutting bait for a future third on a guy with a solid college pedigree landing in a very binary spot for RB2+ production as the clear 1B in a backfield is a negative EV play. Heck, there are managers who would pay future first value or multiple seconds if they're in win now mode as RB attrition happens throughout the season and the stars align in that back field. And holding for a year, even if he doesn't pop likely means similar value to today because Kamara is almost guaranteed to be gone next year and he'll still only be 23. Hard disagree with you on the Miller dislike. You can also say similar things about Marshawn Lloyd. You likely drafted him for a late 2nd and you're immediately flipping him for...drum roll....a future third? Before he's even played a down on the same roster as the man made of dust AJ Dillion?! That's another really negative EV play.

    The Chase Brown as a better back than Moss right now is a bad take IMO. CB flashed on a handful of perfectly setup screens last year. Moss was really good in the games he started for the Colts. • @FantasyStockExchange

    You're right Moss was better last year, but Moss was awful for 3 years before that, so my point was that Moss was elevated by that scheme. We see free agent RBs fail all the time look at Miles Sanders going from the same scheme in philly to Carolina. I'm simply betting that Chase Brown is the better back because I loved the prospect and he showed enough as a rookie that I feel confident he can take another step

I understand why you're out on Monty but to say "he is a replacement rb3" is super weird considering he is in the same offense on a good contract tied to a good QB and an elite WR who won't allow the box to get stacked. "I prefer Drake London over Waddle" London, the guy who is valued as a WR1 despite never finishing as a WR2. Waddle who has had 3 1k yard seasons, got paid, tied to a QB who he has familiarity with. Drake Maye is not elite and your take is bad. He is not Stroud and will need years to develop.
