We received this letter end of Nov. 2023. Seemed odd however, considering our application is actually an Inland sponsorship, and I believe the letter actually states it is for those residing outside of Canada. Original application Aug. 2022, and still waiting for a decision from the IRCC, bless their hearts IRCC even asked for additional documents early Dec. 2023. And the waiting game continues.
