had this same issue but eventually graduated June last year, after being delayed by the University markers...not because I had not finished my dissertation no, someone had made a mistake and i was unable to graduate in 2022. I had to graduate a year later. That spirit of delay and lateness needs to be prayed against in Jesus' name
