FYI, this was composed by Allen Pote. The text from the Prayer of St. Francis (of Assisi) is one beautiful & inspiring work ever written. Allen Pote has skillfully set this lovely text with a warm, flowing melody that is sure to inspire a spirit of peace and unity. ALLEN POTE (b. 1945) was born in Halstead, Kansas, and educated at Texas Christian University, where his diploma was in Church Music. A Fulbright Scholar, he studied in Brussels, Belgium, and took advanced work at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. For twenty-two years he served as a full-time Director of Music in churches in Texas and Florida. He is currently a full-time composer living in Pensacola, Florida.

When you hear the cameraman said "wow" on 5:06 , this choir really that good.

I love that they sang this in a church. The acoustics are just perfect!!!! I bet Mr. Delgado arranged this for the church. Very very soothing...

So very beautiful! I listen to it often as I remember both my parents who passed in 2017.

Really refreshing delivery of the song. Usually the choirs from the Philippines would sing this very heavy and loud.

That was the most beautiful performance of this arrangement I have ever heard. It is beyond perfection and all beauty. It's hard to put it into words. What a beautiful gift to the world! I recall our choir, St. Joseph Voice Choir had sang this song with a similar arrangement in a concert. This was really such a hard song for us then because we only had very few members and had a limited time then. I just didn't hear the soprano descant part on this version yet this is another masterpiece.

It reminds me of my choir days with the Philippine Normal University Chorale. This was the for choir piece that i have learned as a new member then wayback 1994.

The difference between Phil choir singers and Western choralists is that the 2nd one can perform with more vocal technique and dynamics- wise but....they don't use hand signs like we do and no sitting down when singing which makes the Madrigal singers the most unique in the world!

Rather humorous that a Lutheran choir is performing in a church named "St. Martin"!
