This is a very easy and simple recipe yet super delicious! The beauty of this recipe is that it can be cooked with basic spices. This tastes best when combined with rice and moru curry (you can find the special moru curry recipe here: • Special Moru Curry/ Ba... )
or any non spicy nadan curry.

INGREDIENTS:-
Prawns- 1 kg (flesh 650 g)

Onion - 4 Pieces

Small onion - 12 pieces

Green Chilly - 4

Curry leaves - 4 stalks

Lemon - 1/2 piece

Coconut oil - 5 tablespoons

Ginger - 2 Inch piece (finely chopped)

Garlic - 25 cloves

Red chilly powder - 4 teaspoon (2 tsp Kashmiri & 2 tsp normal chilli powder)

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Coconut- 1/4 of a coconut sliced small

Salt- As per your taste
