The young and very talented sarod player from Kolkata, Pratik Shrivastava concluded his recital at the FEA-curated Parallel Lines festival in Bengaluru with an amazing rendition in Raag Kafi. He was accompanied by the gifted young Debjit Patitundi (also from Kolkata) on tabla.

There is nothing more delicious than a well executed piece on Sarod! The sawal Jawab was super and the climax was breathtaking!Such talented musicians are the jewels in the crown of Mother India!
Pratik Shrivastava is a wonderful sarod player and this Raag is wonderfully performed. Debjit Patitundi has done a splendid job on tabla. Such a gift to the world is this classical music of India!
