If you’re the manager you’ll then you’ll contact nearby Starbucks and see if they need any extras, if not call your area manager, you’ll just have to either return or hold it and put it down as waste eventually and accept that you’ve gone over budget

@@turtIessNah orders aren’t done manually like that, if you get a crazy amount of something (which happens sometimes) you’ll just receive it you won’t get a call. If you’re the manager you’ll then you’ll contact nearby Starbucks and see if they need any extras, if not call your area manager, you’ll just have to either return or hold it and put it down as waste eventually and accept that you’ve gone over budget
