Throughout the session, you will be guided through:

Detailed body awareness exercises to tune into and energize every part of your being with pranic energy.
‣ Breath awareness practices to observe and harmonize your natural breathing rhythm.
‣ Pranayama (breath control techniques) including Ocean Breath (Ujjayi ‣ Pranayama) and Mental Alternate Nostril Breathing for emotional cleansing and balance.

    Love your Yoga Nidra without the music… will you be making any new material without music. Just asking because I have epilepsy and this particular music was a bit of distraction. I absolutely love your Yoga Nidra it has helped me heal so much anxiety and helped me release tension in the body. I am forever grateful 🙏🫶
