Tell it Jesus dear, He always listens and knows your heart, He died so you won't perish, make him your friend and keep feeding yourself with the right word and the right company too, make the efforts your human capacity can carry and he will help you with The Holy spirit knowing your sincerity of heart. It ain't gonna be easy, but gradually, slowly but steadily you'll see yourself healing and breaking free. It's okay to fall back sometimes, but just trust the process.
