Non Ac- Not so big room. Charges shouldn’t be more than 1k for a night😢

छान आहे उत्तम सोय आहे मोठ घर आहे तिथे बाहेर जेवण बनवू शकतो फक्त वर पत्र्याची शेड हवी त्यासाठी भाडी हवी अस मला वाटत काही लोक स्वःता जेवण करतात अशी सोय कली तरी चालेल अस मला वाटते छान आहे व्यवसाय आवडला

Homestays are preferred only if one can cook if facilities are provided or they are cooked by someone in the premises. Many prefer early morning tea--you need to make arrangements in the room itself( electric kettle, tea bags etc), AC in rooms will be an added asset. Could not see any cupboards fr storage

There should be a small cupboard for keeping clothes and travel bag. Mini fridge also is a basic need.

I want to give some suggestions 1. Please put net on windows for mosquitos. 2. If possible please put shelter for parking of cars because safety of car from stroms 3. AC for rooms 4. Goodnight in each room 5. Charging bulbs every ever because electricity cutting will be there in villages. You can buy from D Mart. 5. I saw plugs of electricity but all are little away from bed. So please take connection of plugs near by bed 6. Cupboard in every room for putting cloths and bags.

स्विच बोर्ड जवळ एक शेल्फ लावा ,म्हणजे अजून एक चांगली सोय होईल,कारण चार्जिंग पॉइंट असेल तरी केबल शॉर्ट असेल तर प्रॉब्लेम होतो

I dont think I ll b interested for a stay in Mithbhav, i will always prefer Ratnagiri-Ganapatipule or Kankavli, Sawantwadi. There we get many dining options right from home-cooked to hotel cuisines.
