I have seen videos where the technician goes over the tattoo 2-3 times vs just one pass and others just go over it once and that’s it . The people that go over it a few times in one session get much better results. I’m wondering what the protocol is with Pico machine .

Interesting as I’m finding opposite. I have multiple tattoos I’m removing and I always find the first session or two more painful. I put it down to having more ink present but no idea if that’s true. Our bodies are wonderful things! Do you get the metallic taste in your mouth during the session? I always taste pennies!

Hi, i have a question. I got my third tattoo removal session for my black tattoo. The first session was with picolaser, pain was a 6/7 out of 10. My second session was quite painful 8/9 put of 10 (maybe bec my health condition was not good and i didn‘t slept the night). All the pain was after the removal since the numbness faded and the pain starts. It was just the first day but everything after was ok. Now my third session was really really good. Besides the laser pain, i have no pain afterwards. And no blisters like in the first and second one. But this time the removal was with nano laser (the laser maschine was defect so the doctor had a backup maschine). My question: based on reviews and casestudies picolaser is overall a „better“ option. But with this experience i had less pain with nano. I‘m not sure if it’s more effective compared to picolaser but since my tattoo is only black, maybe this kind of wavelength fits better? The doc said the wavelength is only the difference but in my case picolaser and nanolaser have the same results. But is there anything i should be aware of? For example in the healing process (scaring or hyperpigmentation). Of course everyone feels differently and have different experiences with doctors or laser. I’m afraid that i‘m paying the same amount but have less effective results which means more sessions. Would be nice if you could help me out. 😢

Hello there, and thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like you've been through quite a journey with your tattoo removal, experiencing different levels of discomfort and results across your sessions. It's great to hear that your third session with the nano laser brought you less pain and no blisters, which must have been a relief. When it comes to comparing the effectiveness of picolaser and nanolaser for black tattoos, it's true that the picolaser is often highlighted for its efficiency, but if the nanolaser is providing you with good results without the adverse effects, it might indeed be a suitable option for your specific case. Every individual's response to laser treatment can vary, and factors like tattoo pigment, skin type, and the laser's wavelength play significant roles. It's important to discuss your concerns regarding the healing process, potential scarring, or hyperpigmentation with your doctor, as they can offer tailored advice based on your experiences and their expertise. Please book your FREE consultation with us so we could asses your skin to continue the tattoo removal: bit.ly/4aE4fK7

Would Pico still be able to target those colors in my skin as well? Or would me chances be decreased due to the color of my skin. Thank you if you respond, I have not been able to find a of information about this.

most important is to eat healthy, work out, sleep well, drink enough filtered water and your body will effectivly get rid of the ink particals. If you smoke on the regular, drink, sit infront of the Laptop for too long, eat junk, it could cause problems. The tattoo will also fade quicker if you live healthy that means less sessions. Somehow clinics and doctors dont talk about these aspects.

I hear you. I live in China and I have to go to a hospital for my tattoo removal here. Since I don't speak or read the language well, it's very hard to find anywhere else to have it done. I'm guessing it's going to end up costing about 2000 to have my creditcard sized tattoo removed. My initial payment is 1000, but the doctor said she didn't think it will be gone by the end of my sessions. From what I've seen online, and I've watched many vids now, it looks like 10 - 12 sessions are a realistic expectation. So basically, I think tattoo removal is plain expensive where ever you are. To have it done safely, you're probably going to need to go to a clinic with proper equipment and real doctors. Perhaps as more and more clinics start doing it, and the removers start to become people who just buy the machine (not doctors), we'll probably see prices fall. I'm 50, so I don't think I'll see cheap tattoo removal in my life time, but if you're young and patient, who knows what future prices will look like for you.

If you think that tattos and the ink on it will cause allergic reactions and inflammation in your skin and your body will slowly absorve the ink which might or not have some usually considered "potentially carcinogenic" ingredients I think the probability of having cancer with a tatto is higher than using laser sometimes. Of course there is no evidence that tattos will get you cancer someday, just some statements.

Ahh yes, 'debunking'. #2 - 'is too painful'. It's more painful than getting it. Subjectively, that's 'too much' for some. #3 - "the healing process can leave a scar"' - so.... it can leave a scar. Gotcha. #5 - 'takes a long time'. The one right before even points out, it takes multiple sessions. This takes a long time. Even upwards of 5+ sessions. That would take a long time. #6 - 'doesn't work on all ink colors'. "That is partially correct". What a resounding 'debunk'. Also it's not 'partially correct - it's fully correct that some colors cannot be removed. #7 - 'tattoo removal cream' - this isn't a myth about laser removal - it's not laser removal. #10 (best one imo) - "yes it can be more expensive". What a dog shit list of 'myths'. Half aren't even dispelled.

Thank you for your breakdown on the video. We understand that tattoo removal can be a complex topic with many variables, including pain, healing time, and effectiveness on different ink colors. Our aim is to provide clear and accurate information, and we appreciate your perspective in highlighting areas where more detail may be needed.
