Practicing stretching and pressure on balloon

During times like this when we can’t take in clients, we can still work to improve our skills. I find that balloons are very good for controlling pressure and help me practice my stretching technique too. Hope you can find this video to be helpful.     @@manifestbrows I also have been looking for pig skin locally (it is hard to find in my area).

    @@raylong7744 personally I never practice on the pig skin before so can't comment on that. You can also try latex skin from amazon, they have a bunch of them. If you can get your hands on a training course that offer real life model, I'd say do that. It will help you advance faster (but practice before taking the course - this will help, I will make a video covering this topic soon ). However, if you have already done your training then keep practicing until you feel confident enough to work on a person then you start from there. Goodluck hun. :)
